How far in advance do I have to book?
We definitely do walk ins. We love doing walks. We are happy to take walk ins 7days a week depending on if there is time available on the day. We do recommend making an appointment if you want to guarantee to a booking time. For larger pieces there may be a small waiting list depending on the artist. This may range between 2 weeks to 2 months. Any smaller pieces we will aim to have you booked in within the next few days.
What is your per hour charge?
Per hour charge ranges between $180 and $200 depending on each artist and this is for larger pieces that may take more than one session. For smaller one off designs they will be quoted as a ‘per-piece’ price.
Can I secure a booking via phone or email?
You are able to secure a booking over the phone if you are able to pay the appointment deposit via PayPal. Otherwise if you don't have PayPal, the only other way to lock in a booking is a cash deposit in person. 
How do I secure a booking?
To secure a booking we need to get a $100 holding deposit. This deposit will come off the final price of your tattoo once your tattoo is finished. The deposit is non-refundable.
I am traveling interstate/from overseas and cannot come into the shop to leave a deposit. How can I leave a deposit?
We are happy to take PayPal deposits into our account (3rdeyetattoos@gmail.com). Once the transfer has cleared, contact the shop to confirm it has gone through. From there we will send you an email with a reference number and booking information. You must print this email out and bring it with you on the day of your booking as proof of your PayPal transfer.
Do you do walk ins?

Do you accept credit card/EFTPOS?
No. We are a cash only business. We have ATM’s within meters of the shop.
How do I change a booking that I have made?
We can reschedule your booking as long as we are given MORE THAN 48hrs notice. If you give less and 48hr notice you forfeit all of your deposit.
How do I organize a consultation with one of the artists?
Either head into the shop or call us on 03 9486 1333. Consultations are free and are generally held at 11am (when we open). Make sure you bring all reference material with you.
Marshall's Consultation Days
We have such a thorough interest in bookings and appointments with Marshall, so the information outlined below will explain how Marshall works and what the process is booking an appointment with Marshall. We currently have a consultation date announced for when Marshall will be booking his next set of appointments. On the day, doors open at 11am and the consultation day runs until 3pm. It works on a first in, best served basis where Marshall will take appointments and once he has filled his calendar for the following two months he is unable to see anyone else on the day and his books will be closed. On the day of the consultation, a deposit of $550 is required, this amount will come off the price of your tattoo on the LAST session with Marshall.  Please bring with you HI RES images/photos printed or on USB. For portrait works, he requires high quality images (professional photographs are preferred). Please keep in mind that Marshall only works with black and grey. No colour, no cover ups and no re works. If Marshall feels that he is not the best person for your piece, he will recommend you to another artist in the studio.
